Who Says They're Afraid of Commitment

So let's wake our questioning minds up with some recent history.

                   REMEMBER THE HEALTH CARE BILL?

Read this carefully and see if you can determine what question needs to be asked:

“We have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it.”
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi - March 9, 2010

You do understand what she's saying, right.  Let's pass the bill into law THEN(?) we'll read it?!?!?

The question?  Is it not wise to know the information in a bill BEFORE it becomes law?

You're okay with that kind of leadership?

Let's try another one.  Hmm, let's see.  Ah, yes.

                           REMEMBER ARIZONA BILL SB 1070

Read this carefully and determine what question needs to be asked:

Eric Holder, the Attorney General who initiated action to file a federal lawsuit against Arizona for passage of an immigration law.  Mr. Holder was before Congress and being questioned by Rep. Ted Poe was asked if he read the 17 page law.  Mr. Holder replied his knowledge was based on what he read in newspapers and saw on TV.

Isn't this like saying, "I'm going to file suit against my neighbor, THEN I'll find out if they did anything wrong."?
